Look at this pretty high school girl, Taylor Gemmel. Her Mom realized she needed a head shot of Taylor ASAP. She called me and I was luckily able to squeeze her in for a session. Taylor’s mom said she only wanted a head shot and nothing else, but now having seen all of the images, she plans to buy many prints and a digital image. They were very gracious for the wonderful photos, my flexibility and and for getting Taylor comfortable in the process (a miracle!).

Molly’s Senior Portraits

November 3, 2011

Flo loves senior portraits sessions. This one with Molly was no exception. Molly is graduating in 2012 and thought that fall would be the perfect time to have her senior portraits taken. Flo had taken her sister’s photos a couple of years ago and the family had been absolutely thrilled and decided to hire Flo again. These photos were taken right in the town of Jackson using completely natural light. Flo’s trusty assistants took the golden light of the sunshine and reflected it back onto Molly to achieve the soft glow that you see in these images. It’s worth the investment to hire someone that knows how to use available light without having to add the artificial look of a flash. Flo is still available for senior portraits and even though winter is on its way, there is still the opportunity to have great photographs taken in your home or in the comfort of Flo’s studio.

Alexis Anderson is a Jackson Hole native who will be graduating from Jackson Hole Community School next spring. She chose a beautiful summer day in Jackson to have Flo take her senior portraits. She was such a natural! The tall grass and dreamy lighting really makes her look stunning and makes for a very classic Wyoming portrait. Senior year is a special time in a young adult’s life so make sure you give Flo a call to book your senior portraits while the weather is still gorgeous!
